Warranty

FEARHARD stands behind every product we make. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What is covered

  • Seam failures and stitching defects under normal use
  • Zipper failures (excluding damage caused by misuse)
  • Delamination of waterproof coatings
  • Armor pocket failures or detachment
  • Fabric defects not caused by wear, abrasion or misuse
  • Hardware failures (buckles, velcro, snap fasteners)

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper washing or care (see care instructions on product label)
  • Damage caused by crash, impact or abrasion
  • Accidental damage, cuts or tears
  • Fading or colour change from normal use and washing
  • Modifications or alterations made to the product
  • Armor inserts (covered separately by their manufacturer)

Warranty period

2 years from the date of original purchase for all FEARHARD products. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email info@fearhard.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect.
  2. We will review your claim within 3 business days and confirm whether it is covered under warranty.
  3. If approved, we will arrange repair, replacement or store credit at our discretion.
  4. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label for valid warranty claims within the EU.

Our warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
