2. Orders & payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you complete your order. We are not obliged to honour pricing errors.
4. Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. FEARHARD is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
5. Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full returns process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Warranty
FEARHARD products are covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty and Lifetime Warranty pages for full details. Our warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
7. Product information
We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. CE certification details are accurate at time of publication. We reserve the right to update product specifications without notice.

All content on fearhard.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of FEARHARD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEARHARD's liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or products is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Lithuanian courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
