FEARHARD offers a Lifetime Warranty on manufacturing defects for all products purchased directly from fearhard.com or an authorised FEARHARD retailer.
What the Lifetime Warranty covers
- Seam and stitching failures under normal riding use
- Zipper failures not caused by misuse or damage
- Waterproof laminate delamination
- Armor pocket detachment or structural failure
- Hardware failures — buckles, velcro, snap fasteners
- Any manufacturing defect that renders the product unsafe or unusable
What the Lifetime Warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage from crashes, impacts or abrasion events
- Improper washing, drying or storage (see care label)
- Accidental damage, cuts or burns
- Modifications or repairs made outside of FEARHARD
- Cosmetic changes such as fading from use and washing
- Armor inserts — covered separately by their manufacturer's warranty
- Products purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers
How to register your product
Registration is not required to make a warranty claim, but keeping your original proof of purchase is essential. We recommend saving your order confirmation email.
How to make a Lifetime Warranty claim
- Email info@fearhard.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos.
- We will review your claim within 3 business days.
- Approved claims will be resolved by repair, replacement, or store credit at FEARHARD's discretion.
- For valid warranty claims within the EU, FEARHARD covers return shipping costs.
The Lifetime Warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection law, which those rights are not affected by this warranty.
