To register a return, please follow the steps below. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached.
Before you register
Please make sure your return meets the following conditions:
- Item is unworn and unwashed
- All original tags are still attached
- Armor inserts are in place and undamaged
- Item is within 30 days of the delivery date
- You have your order number available
How to register your return
- Email info@fearhard.com with the subject line: RETURN — [your order number]
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.
- We will confirm your return is eligible and provide the return address within 1 business day.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Ship your return using a tracked service. FEARHARD is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, a warranty claim, or an error on our part (wrong item sent, damaged on arrival). In those cases, FEARHARD will provide a prepaid return label.
